By clicking the "Submit" button above you represent, acknowledge, and agree:

(1) That you are an "Authorized Representative" of a "Customer" that has entered into a fully executed "Agreement for Conditional and Restricted Access and Use of Techemet's Electronic Pricing Catalog" (the "Agreement") with Techemet, LP ("Techemet") that governs and restricts your right of access to and use of information obtained from and/or contained within Techemet's Electronic Pricing Catalog;

(2) That you have received prior written authorization from Techemet to access this Electronic Pricing Catalog database;

(3) That you are familiar with and have signed the Agreement, and that you have personally agreed to and accepted all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement;

(4) That, as an Authorized Representative of Customer, you have been granted a conditional and restricted right to access the Electronic Pricing Catalog and use information from that database in accordance with the Agreement;

(5) That you will use all information obtained from the Electronic Pricing Catalog solely as a reference tool for general information purposes of the "Customer" designated under the Agreement, and for no other purpose;

(6) That you acknowledge and agree that you cannot and shall not copy, duplicate, reproduce, download, modify, re-create, re-transmit, publish, republish, post, sell, share, transfer, disseminate, or otherwise distribute or make available to others, directly or indirectly, any information obtained from or contained within Techemet's Electronic Pricing Catalog;

(7) That the Electronic Pricing Catalog and all information contained therein constitutes or contains copyrighted, trade secret, proprietary, and/or confidential information belonging solely to Techemet;

(8) That you have not committed any act that is in breach of the Agreement and that you are not aware of any act committed by anyone else, including, but not limited to, anyone employed by or associated with Customer, that constitutes a breach of the Agreement;

(9) That you have not had your password, log-in information, or right to access Techemet's Electronic Pricing Catalog cancelled, revoked, or restricted in anyway by Techemet; and

(10) That you will promptly report to Techemet any actual or suspected breach or violation of the Agreement, as well as any actual or suspected misuse of the Electronic Pricing Catalog database or any of the information contained therein, by calling (281) 991-8300.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH AND TO ALL OF THE FOREGOING STATEMENTS, TERMS, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ENTER THIS DATABASE.
